TMs is an original proceeding filed by Park, for a writ to prohibit respondent, as Circuit Judge, from proceeding in a cause pending in the Franklin Circuit Court. The issue to be here decided is whether the Circuit Court has jurisdiction of an election contest to determine who was chosen County Democratic Central Committeeman.
