This is an appeal from a judgment sustaining defendants’ demurrer to an accusation for contempt of a permanent injunction against certain premises in Sedgwick county which had been judicially declared to be a common nuisance on account of the illegal sale of liquors and the practice of gambling which had been conducted thereat.
