On June 18th, 1901, the plaintiffs, dealers in coal, entered into a written agreement with the defendant to supply-certain departments of the City Government, including the School Board, with coal up to April 15th, 1902, to be delivered at such times, and in such manner as provided in specifications forming part of the agreement. This contract has been complied with by both parties except as to the coal required for the School Board.
