The administratrix of the succession of Leo Cancienne has appealed from a judgment rendered against the succession ,for the sum of $15,000, with legal interest from judicial demand.

The suit was upon two written instruments dated, respectively, the 16th of August, 1911, and the 23d of Septembeir, 1911, signed by Leo Cancienne, for $7,500 each, purporting to guarantee the payment of any indebtedness to that amount due or to become due to the Hibernia Bank & Trust Company by the Sugar Planters’ Storage & Distributing Company.
