The petition for certiorari must be granted, the decree of the court of civil appeals reversed, and that of the chancellor affirmed.
The case is this:
During the year 1908, Yernon sold and conveyed to the complainant two pieces of land in Shelby county, one embracing 139.17 acres, the other 6.82 acres, making 145.99 acres, and both together known as lot No. 3 and the north half of lot No. 2 of Burrow subdivision, and a part of Goodwyn subdivision.
