Pennel & Harley, Inc., brought action in the Court of Common Pleas for Spartanburg County against Chemical National Bank & Trust Co. et al., for the foreclosure of a mortgage executed by H. E. Bomar; which action resulted in a decree of foreclosure. At the sale of the mortgaged property H. E. Bomar bid off a certain piece of it for the sum of $15,000.00, and assigned his bid to the Texas Company.
