Trial involving plaintiffs’ claims against the two police officers in this case is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 30, 2001. Defendants have brought two pre-trial motions that are now before this Court. The first was filed July 2, 2001 and is styled as a supplemental motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff filed a resistance to this motion on July 17.
