JORDAN, Circuit Judge.
Hotheadz International, Inc. (“Hoth-eadz”) 1 and Health, and Body Store, LLC (“HBS”) (collectively, “Appellants”) appeal an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denying their motion for a preliminary injunction. The motion sought to preclude Appellees Justin Silverman and Brandon Singer from independently operating two websites (the “Websites”) that the parties had used together to conduct an Internet business.
