MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

HANCOCK, District Judge.

This action for injunctive relief was filed on April 30, 1974, and immediately thereafter counsel for plaintiffs presented to the court their request for the issuance of a temporary restraining order. Since the Department of Justice is required by'39 U.S.C. § 409(d) to furnish defendant United States Postal Service with legal representation, the United States District Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, upon request of the court, attended the informal presentation.
