Anthony Kidd appeals his convictions of first-degree murder, aggravated assault, criminal discharge of a firearm at an occupied dwelling, and aggravated battery. Kidd seeks reversal of his convictions, arguing the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on the defense of voluntary intoxication; the prosecutor committed misconduct by violating his duty to inform witnesses about an order in limine; and cumulative error deprived him of a fair trial.
