This discovery dispute stems from a complaint filed by several plaintiffs against the Putnam Valley Board of Education, alleging discrimination pursuant to the Fourteenth Amendment, 42 U.S.C. § 1981-a, and 42 U.S.C. § 2000d, et seq. Among the plaintiffs is T.H., a former elementary school student at Putnam Valley Elementary School.
