The Rock Island Plow Company, hereinafter called the company, has a factory where it manufactures various agricultural implements. There are various rooms on different floors, in which different parts of the work are performed. It had a room called the “sulky” room. Prank H. Bertelsen worked in the sulky room, assemhling parts of machinery. At the time of the injury which is the subject of this suit, he had worked there some eight months.
