Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of misconduct and terminated petitioner’s employment.
Respondent filed disciplinary charges against petitioner, who *861was employed as a State Trooper, based in part on his inappropriate sexual advances toward two female coworkers.
