Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Tioga *978County) to review a determination of the Office of Children and Family Services which denied petitioner’s request to amend and seal a report maintained by the Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment.
