BLOOM, Judge.

A jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County (Levin, J.) convicted appellant, Arthur Rinald Miles, of all counts in a five count indictment: Count I, murder in the first degree (felony murder); Count II, use of a handgun in the commission of a felony; Count III, attempted robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon; Count IV, use of a handgun in a crime of violence; and Count V, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous and deadly weapon.
