MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO DISMISS ADVERSARY COMPLAINT

For the second time, the Court considers the arguments of Debtor, Salvatore Tuzzo-lino (“Debtor”) seeking to dismiss the adversary complaint objecting to discharge-ability filed by Plaintiff Langine R. Waskiewicz (“Plaintiff”). By Order of the Court dated September 8, 1986, the Court dismissed Plaintiffs adversary complaint without prejudice on the grounds the same had been improperly served upon the Debtor. Waskiewicz v.
