Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Catena, J.), rendered January 13, 2005, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of assault in the second degree.
Defendant pleaded guilty to assault in the second degree in full satisfaction of a four-count indictment. As part of the plea, defendant executed a comprehensive written waiver of his right to appeal.
