There are no unusual features in the declaration in ejectment and the plea of not guilty presented the issues fried by the judge of the circuit court without a jury, agreeable to stipulation of the parties.

The record title was established by the documentary evidence to be vested in the plaintiff. The defendants relied upon a tax deed issued by the clerk of the circuit court based on a tax certificate of the City of Coral Gables, June 2, 1930.
