The appellee filed a bill in equity, charging that the appellant was occupying a certain tract of land, as the tenant of appellee; that during such occupancy, a large amount of manure was made upon said land, in the ordinary way, from the consumption of the products of said land; that the appellant had removed a part of said manure, and was proceeding to and would remove the residue; that such removal would be of great and irreparable damage and injury to him, for which he would have no adequate remedy at law; and praying that appellant be compelled to account for the manure removed, and that…
