Seymour X Cotton filed this petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 challenging a 1969 Cross County, Arkansas jury conviction for which he received a five year sentence and a 1969 Cross County guilty plea for which he received a 15 year suspended sentence.
