TIMBERS, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff, Hill Parents Association, Inc., commenced this libel action against Congressman Robert N. Giaimo in the Superior Court, New Haven County, on April 15, 1968. On May 10, 1968, defendant filed a timely petition to remove the action to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1442. Plaintiff moves to remand the action to the Superior Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
