— This appeal is from an order of the district judge of the Twenty-eighth Judicial District, made in chambers, appointing a receiver for the defendant corporation at the suit of the appellee.

The suit is against the Falfurrias Immigration Company, a private corporation having its principal office and place of business in the town of Falfurrias, in Starr County, Texas, and against Garland B.
