Ernesto Camilo Tagle and Triple R Trucking, Inc. appeal the trial court’s judgment awarding Ricardo Galvan the sum of $2,000,000.00 for damages sustained in a motor vehicle accident. The damages were awarded after a bench trial in which Tagle and Triple R judicially admitted legal liability. Tagle and Triple R present five issues on appeal, contending: (1) the trial court erred in making a broad-form damage finding and in failing to enter additional findings as to each separate damage element; (2) the trial court erred in allowing one of Galvan’s…
