The main question presented by this appeal is whether the negligence of Hodges, the driver of plaintiff’s vehicle, if any, was imputable to the plaintiff-passenger as a matter of law, as contended by the defendants or was not, as contended by the plaintiff, or, if neither, whether there was a question for the jury.
