The district attorney of the county of New York lodged with me six informations as follows: One against Eobert W. Hebberd, Daniel C. Potter, William B. Farrell and John J. Dunn, charging them with' the commission of a conspiracy in perverting and obstructing justice and the due administration of the laws; three against Farrell, Potter and Dunn for criminal libel by reason of the alleged publication of various pamphlets ; one against Hebberd for perjury, and one which has no relation to the matters connected with the foregoing informations…
