MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBRITTON, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This cause is before the court on a Motion to Dismiss/Stay and Compel Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure, filed by Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society (“Woodmen”).
The Plaintiff, Philip W. Clayton (“Clayton”’) originally filed a Complaint in this case in the Circuit Court of Barbour County, Alabama, bringing four Counts against Woodmen and John L.
