JONES, Justice.

Wendy Davis sued Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (“Wal-Mart”) 1 for sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent supervision and retention, assault, and invasion of privacy. The jury answered affirmatively on the sexual harassment, assault, and invasion of privacy issues, awarding damages both on the tort claims and on the sexual harassment claim.
