This equitable action was instituted on January 8, 1970, when plaintiffs filed a complaint in Oakland County Circuit Court, alleging that defendant Hull had misappropriated plaintiffs’ trade secrets in breach of a confidential relationship and, further, that the above named defendants conspired to and did compete against plaintiffs through the use of such trade secrets.
