Appellees, minor children of C. Ernest McCord, deceased, by Bessie McCord, their mother, as next friend, filed a bill in the circuit court of Bond county seeking to set aside two certain deeds executed by Alenia McCord to appellant and to remove appellant as trustee under the will of Alenia McCord, referred to herein as Mrs. McCord. The grounds set out in the bill are that a fiduciary relation existed between the grantor and the grantee in the deeds and that the grantor was not mentally capable of making a deed.
