Knorr Brake Corp. v. Harbil, Inc.
Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
FLAUM, Circuit Judge.
This appeal raises the issue of whether the district court abused its discretion in assessing attorneys’ fees against the appellant attorneys pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1927 (1982). We conclude that the record is not adequate to support an award of fees, and thus, we reverse the judgment and remand for a new determination of whether an award of attorneys’ fees is appropriate.
