This action was instituted in the court of common pleas of Tulsa county by Crown Drug Company, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Seidenbach’s, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as defendant, for the recovery of rent pursuant to a written lease. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $3,308.74, defendant has appealed. ■
