Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Ellis, J.), entered May 26, 2015 in Clinton County, which, among other things, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

In January 2011, a van driven by defendant Louis J. LaVal-ley rear-ended a vehicle driven by plaintiff in the Town of Champlain, Clinton County.
