Mr. Chief Justice Kephart,
The will of Edward Randolph Wood dated 1923, gave $12,000 to his children by his first wife from what he believed would come to him from his mother’s estate; if it did not materialize, these legacies became null and void and the children would get nothing. The residue of his estate he placed in trust and to his second wife was given the entire income therefrom for the term of her life.
