The question presented * by this appeal concerns the construction of the will and codicil of John Randall, as well as a certain written agreement entered into by him during his lifetime with the Honesdale National Bank, in. order to ascertain whether the trust created by these instruments has terminated because of a breach of an express condition subsequent, or failure of the paramount purpose which decedent had in view, and the property, therefore, permitted to revert to the appellees, as next of kin of the testator.
