Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him, after a stipulated facts trial, of two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427. He assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress oral and written admissions that defendant made to the police officer who initially interviewed defendant about the victim’s allegations of abuse.
