On October 27, 1920, the plaintiff,, by deed with a covenant of special warranty, conveyed to the defendant lots No. 107, 109 and 111 on the town plot of Port Matilda, Pa. Of the consideration $500 was paid at the time the deed was delivered and the balance of $1,500 was secured to the plaintiff by a promissory note dated October 30, 1920, on which she entered judgment by confession on September 22, 1922.
