James Nevins, the decedent, died March 11th 1866, leaving a will dated January 3d 1862, with a codicil dated May 24th 1865; letters testamentary were granted to Townsend Whelen, Edward S. Whelen, Jr., and J. Willis Nevins, executors appointed therein.

2Per curiam
Nothing could be profitably added by way of argument to the able and conclusive opinion of Judge Allison in this case, and for the reasons so well set forth therein we affirm the decree of the Orphans’ Court made in the case, and dismiss the appeal at the costs of the appellant.
