RICHARD J. SULLIVAN, District Judge:

On February 3, 2010, Plaintiff Michel Toliver commenced the first of these consolidated actions, in which he alleges excessive force in violation of the Due Process Clause while he was detained at Riker’s Island. (Doc. No. 1.) On November 14, 2014, a jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of Defendants on all claims, except that it found Defendant Noel Merced liable for excessive force, for which it awarded Plaintiff $1.00 in nominal damages and no punitive damages.
