1Opinion of the Court

ORDER

DIMMICK, Chief Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, or for improper venue, or for misuse of Declaratory Judgment Act. In the alternative, defendant moves for a change of venue to the Central District of California. The Court, having considered the motion, memoranda, and affidavits submitted by the parties, 1 hereby grants the motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. 2 In light of that ruling, the Court need not consider the other portions of the motion.
