Hill, Justice.
Rosa Hall was indicted and convicted on eight counts of the offense of bad check. She was sentenced to 12 months on each count, the sentences to run consecutively. In this appeal, she raises 12 enumerations of error.
Code Ann. § 26-1704 (Ga. L. 1975, pp. 482, 483, as amended by Ga. L. 1977, pp. 1266, 1267 — 1268) makes criminal the issuance of a bad check in exchange for present consideration by a person who knows the check will not be honored by the drawee.
