O. L. Casey filed his bill of complaint against the Mississippi State Highway Commission, and in support thereof he made the following allegations to-wit:
The property involved in this suit was assessed, for the year 1960, to “Grant Lockett Estate”. On September 18, 1961, the complainant purchased this property at a tax sale by the tax collector of Jones County for taxes for the year 1960.
