Mark Talbot and Cynthia Talbot (Appellants) appeal from the trial court’s partial summary judgment entered in favor of Ameren UE. Because there is no final, appealable judgment, we dismiss the appeal.
This case is a personal injury action for damages arising out of an electric shock that Appellant Mark Talbot suffered while moving a mobile work platform on a construction project where he was working.
