I. Introduction
The matter before the court is a motion for partial summary judgment on an objection to claims filed on behalf of the Committee of Creditors Holding Unsecured Claims and the Committee in its separate post confirmation capacity as representative of the estate of Papercraft Corporation (hereafter “Committee” and “Debtor” respectively).
