Thomas O’Conner died in 1882 intestate and without issue, leaving a large real and personal estate. Under the statute of descent and distribution his widow, who is likewise his admin-istratrix, is his sole distributee, and entitled, after payment of his debts, to his entire personal estate. The heirs at law to whom his real estate descends are the brothers and sisters of the intestate and the representatives of such as were dead.
