Plaintiff Firefly Equities LLC (“Firefly”) brings this action alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and fraud arising from an investment Firefly made in defendant Ultimate Combustion Co., Inc. (“UCC”), whose president is defendant Naum Staroselsky. On May 3, 2010, Staroselsky moved to dismiss the complaint against him for lack of personal jurisdiction. The Court received briefing on this motion, and following oral argument, directed supplemental briefing on the question of whether Staroselsky should be bound by a New York forum selection…
