OPINION BY ORIE MELVIN, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Michelle Kensey (Wife), appeals from the trial court’s order finding her Antenuptial Agreement with Kenneth *1286Kensey (Husband) enforceable. After review of Wife’s petition for permission to appeal, we decline to exercise our prerogative review, quash the direct appeal and remand.

¶ 2 The procedural history of this case is as follows.
