This adversary proceeding, filed in a voluntary chapter 7 bankruptcy case, is before the Court on a summary judgment motion filed by the plaintiffs, Anna Mark-ley Bush and Bush & Heise (the “Plaintiffs”). Plaintiffs filed a Complaint to determine that the debt owed to them by the defendant (and debtor in the underlying bankruptcy case) Jessica May Heimer (the “Debtor”) is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5).
