This is an action in equity brought by various nonresident policyholders of the Continental Life Insurance Company (a Missouri corporation) against that company, the Kansas City Life Insurance Company, R. Emmet O’Malley, superintendent of the insurance department of the state of Missouri, and the officers and directors of the Continental Life Insurance Company.
