Tina Smith (“plaintiff’) appeals from the dismissal of her medical malpractice claim against Arthur Axelbank, M.D. (“Dr. Axelbank”), Orange Family Medical Group a/k/a Orange Family Medical Group, Inc. a/k/a Orange Family Medical Group, P.A., and Arthur Axelbank d/b/a Orange Family Medical Group, P.A.
