Susan Junge (Claimant), as personal representative of the estate of John D. Morgan (Decedent), appeals the workers’ compensation judge’s order (judge) denying her motion for summary judgment and granting the motion for summary judgment of John D. Morgan Construction Company (Company) and Mountain States Mutual Casualty Company (Insuror).
